Piadina Romagnola Cooking Class
A unique experience centred on one of the finest traditions of Romagnola cuisine. During the class you will learn the fundamentals of preparing and rolling out the dough, along with the historical background of this iconic flatbread. The class lasts approximately 1.5 hours; at the end you will taste the freshly made piadine and, on request, enjoy them with local produce and a glass of Prosecco or Sangiovese in a delightful aperitivo served in the garden.

Create Your Own Mosaic
Mosaic workshops in collaboration with Barbara Liverani, an expert mosaicist with 40 years of experience. You will learn to create a small mosaic to make a piece of jewellery: the materials and techniques of Byzantine mosaics will be explained, you will learn how to cut glass and be guided in creating a jewel base which will then be completed with beads, rings and clasps to create a unique piece to wear or give as a gift.
